We run a moving business called Ro Movers Inc and rent a parking spot on this storage company’s lot, and the experience has been excellent. The team is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Sanjay, the store manager, deserves special recognition for consistently going above and beyond. He’s responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about keeping the facility running smoothly. The property is clean, secure, and convenient for our trucks, which makes our daily work much easier. We truly appreciate the reliable service and support. Highly recommended for anyone needing dependable storage or parking space.

It's been just over a month since my husband and I completed our storage needs at this facility and we have repeatedly said we need to write a review because how incredibly positive our experience was.
As is repeatedly mentioned here, the team is amazing and customer service is exemplary. The manager, Sanjay, clearly sets the tone and really wants everyone to have a seamless experience, and they deliver.
From the charm and friendliness of Mara and Myra, when I first set up my account with them, to completing my storage needs with Sanjay, they all go above and beyond. Patience, kindness and resolution are effortless.
Thank you for being so fabulous. We will definitely be using this location again for any of our storage needs in the future!

Sanjay at Advanced Self Storage was amazing and provided truly exceptional customer service. He took the time to understand our needs, presented a few suitable options, and recommended the storage unit that fit us best. On the day of our visit, he even called ahead to let us know about road delays due to an accident and suggested we come later. He waited for us and clearly explained everything without rushing. Highly recommend Advanced Self Storage and especially Sanjay for a smooth and stress-free experience.

Advanced Storage in New West is simply excellent. Both Myra and Sanjay were incredibly welcoming and took the time to show me various options before helping me secure the right locker. Myra went above and beyond to make our move go smoothly.
When I accidentally didn’t fully lock my locker, they immediately called, emailed, and texted me with regular updates until I was able to return and secure it. I highly recommend this location—you’ll experience firsthand outstanding customer service in a warm and welcoming environment. Myra & Sanjay even went as far as being a concierge and telling me many insights, as I had just moved to the area.

Had an absolutely great experience with Mara and Sanjay! Sanjay was super thorough in explaining all the details about the storage space and made everything clear and easy. Mara went above and beyond !she was available even at 11 PM to help me out and was unbelievably kind.
Both of them are amazing, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. Truly outstanding service!
