We run a moving business called Ro Movers Inc and rent a parking spot on this storage company’s lot, and the experience has been excellent. The team is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Sanjay, the store manager, deserves special recognition for consistently going above and beyond. He’s responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about keeping the facility running smoothly. The property is clean, secure, and convenient for our trucks, which makes our daily work much easier. We truly appreciate the reliable service and support. Highly recommended for anyone needing dependable storage or parking space.

The storage units are very nice and clean, love this facility. Samarpreet is very helpful and knowledgeable, he made my whole move in process pretty smooth, he is a kind and professional gentleman. He also offered me a water bottle on that hot day. I was really stressed but he made things super easy for me.

It's been just over a month since my husband and I completed our storage needs at this facility and we have repeatedly said we need to write a review because how incredibly positive our experience was.
As is repeatedly mentioned here, the team is amazing and customer service is exemplary. The manager, Sanjay, clearly sets the tone and really wants everyone to have a seamless experience, and they deliver.
From the charm and friendliness of Mara and Myra, when I first set up my account with them, to completing my storage needs with Sanjay, they all go above and beyond. Patience, kindness and resolution are effortless.
Thank you for being so fabulous. We will definitely be using this location again for any of our storage needs in the future!

The gentleman at the front counter ... I wish I could remember his name ... was very patient with me during my move out. I only had a few days to get my locker emptied.I had the use of a pickup truck for one and a half loads and only my small car for the rest. Two days in a row I was late in getting done and found myself locked in. It was the second time that showed me how compassionate this man was. He assured me that he understood how stressful my timing was and that he was not frustrated or angry to receive the security calls after 10 pm. Thank you Advanced Storage. Your operation is competitive and your customer service is outstanding.
