The staff here are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I started inquiring, they were attentive and followed up promptly. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. When I realized I needed a larger storage unit, they helped me upgrade without any hassle. The customer service at this location is outstanding. We rented two units and never had any issues. Everyone working at the front is super helpful. We would definitely rent from here again, and highly recommend this location to others looking for a storage facility.

I was at my storage unit to do some work and I my battery died. So when I went to the office to talk to Sanjay and he was more than willing to help me with a boost. I was so thankful and impressed by his service. Definitely a 5 star rating. Thanks again, Barbara Wreggitt

I needed a space to store my 24 ft travel trailer on short notice. I phoned Advanced Squamish, and as they were basically full for the size space i needed, they called Sanjay at the New Westminster facility.
Sanjay called me up the next morning.
Sanjay is a really nice guy, super professional, and very helpful! He set me up with a spot in very short order, including a great deal as well!
When i arrived he came out showed me the spot and assisted me backing in, as my backup cam wires must have corroded a bit during the past winter.
Then he set me up with an access code, ran through all the particulars expediently, and had me on my way again in no time.
